Refund Policy

TrueClaimRates offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or first renewal of a new term.

How to request a refund

Our payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at info@trueclaimrates.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Once approved, most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal in your TrueClaimRates dashboard or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; you continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
